We may have seen them get engaged on the last season of The Real Housewives Of Miami, but it wasn’t long before it was revealed in the press that Adriana de Moura and Frederic Marq had previously been married years before. The couple brushed it off and explained that the license was nullified because of a typo, but now, with the third season of the reality show filming, it seems the time is right for Adriana to tie the knot all over again – to some of her cast mates disdain!
“Some of the cast members got wind of the fact that they were going to be axed and conspired to try to get Adriana fired from the show for lying to Bravo in order to save their own asses,” a source reveals to The Miami Herald. Unsuprisingly it backfired on the cast as the fiery Latina, who was seen slapping co-star Joanna Krupa last season, was of course asked to return to the show. Adriana was at the center of controversy during season two, so it’s no surprise she will be back, while enemy Karent Sierra will not retain her ‘Housewife’ title. But it seems Adriana is making more friends than enemies on the show, with long time friendship with Lea Black said to be over. ”Adriana blames Lea Black for leaking the story to the press,” says the source regarding the 2008 marriage licence. Ouch!
The couple are said to be so desperate for a show-stopping wedding, they’re even looking for socialites to appear! Frederic is trying to recruit beautiful people as their ‘friends’ to attend the wedding, which is set to take place May 17th. Guests (and ‘extras’) are being asked to wear all-white AND have a change of outfit into “1920′s inspired cocktail attire” as reported by RealityTea. ”Adriana is doing whatever she can to become the breakout star,” the source reveals.
